The fast development of global service outsourcing industry witnessed the emergence of a large number excellent enterprises and entrepreneurs. Ahead of the 5th global outsourcing summit, we have worked out a list of 30 leading enterprises across 3 sub-business areas, i.e. ITO, BPO, and KPO. The selection takes into account candidates' business scale, business area, whether they are listed or not, certifications, staff quality and staffing structure.
