Reporters recently learned from the Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO) that this renowned international economic organization plans to reboot the Global Economic Leaders Summit (GELS) in China in 2024. This event aims to facilitate high-level exchanges and cooperation among leading global enterprises.

Zheng Xiongwei, the Global Executive Chairman of the APCEO, expressed his desire to choose a location with beautiful natural scenery to reboot the Global Economic Leaders Summit in a completely new format and content. Furthermore, he hopes to establish a permanent venue for the Summit at this location, where it will be held annually and also serve for corporate activities, product launches, and branding events of its global member companies.In addition, Chairman Zheng Xiongwei revealed that starting from next year's summit, a significant list targeting top global enterprises will be released, strongly promoting the clustering effect of the world's most powerful multinational corporations. The summit is expected to welcome about 200 CEOs of multinational corporations, renowned investors, and eminent scientists.

The Asia-Pacific CEO Association, initiated by economic leaders in the Asia-Pacific region and led by globally renowned politicians, CEOs, and economists, is a significant international economic organization. Its members include Fortune 500 companies, Global 2000 companies, publicly listed companies, and leading businesses and CEOs from major countries, as well as prominent investors. The Global Economic Leaders Summit, initiated and hosted by the APCEO, is a global economic cooperation conference participated in by industrial leaders from various countries. Its aim is to integrate international economic resources and strengthen international industrial cooperation. To date, the summit has been successfully held five times.

It is understood that Zheng Xiongwei, the Global Executive Chairman of the APCEO, will attend and participate in the 2023 "Belt and Road International Business Association Conference" this November.
