- The History

As a historical international economic cooperation organization, APCEO originated in Asia-Pacific and faces the whole world. APCEO has its co-headquarters or executive offices in the United States, China, Australia, Canada and France.

In 2003, Hon. Benjamin A. Gilman, Former Chairman of the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs, took the post of the Global President of APCEO. He became the Global Vice Chairman & Chairman of APCEO America after 2006.

In 2006, The Rt. Hon. Robert J. L. Hawke, Former Australian Prime Minister, served as the Global Chairman of APCEO himself.

In 2008, Hon. Dominique de Villepin, Former French Prime Minister, took over as Global Chairman of APCEO.

In 2011, Hon. John Winston Howard, Former Prime Minister of Australia, became the Global Co-Chairman of APCEO.

- The Business

APCEO focuses on the integration of worldwide important industrial resources and actively implements the planning of major international industrial projects. 

APCEO has engaged in many areas such as high-end manufacturing industry, emerging industry, new material industry, new energy industry, information economy, service outsourcing, cultural industry, health industry, and industrial investment funds etc., and has been optimizing resources allocation of major industrial projects, advanced technologies and mainstream capitals. 

APCEO has established international industrial cooperation centers and technological innovation centers in relevant countries, has become the leader in areas including the integration of major international industrial projects. APCEO has also become an important pioneer and mainstream advocator of international industrial cooperation with the most abundant resources and quickest resources mobilization capability.
