The world economy was built on products and is now shifting its strength from service to culture and tourism industry, which stands out as a continuous drive of other industries while keeps growing itself and thus is playing a pivotal role in developed economies.

In response to that, the International Culture Industry Summit, i.e. ICIS, a conference dedicated to international cooperation and industry promotion be initiated by APCEO – an established international economic cooperation organization.

The establishment of ICIS is a defining moment in the history of international culture industry. It gathers and joins efforts of major heads of state, industry leaders and relevant government departments.
