Chinese President Hu Jintao inspected Yunnan Province

When President Hu Jintao inspected Yunnan from 25th to 28th in July 2009, he instructed to make Yunnan as the 'bridgehead' towards southwest opening up by giving full play to its geographical advantage as an important land passage to Southeast and South Asia, deepening exchange and cooperation with Southeast and South Asia countries and Great Mekong Sub-region, and continuously advancing opening up in border areas.

The unveiling of the policy of "speeding up Yunnan as the bridgehead towards Southwest opening up" in May, 2011, by China's State Council, brought Yunnan province to an epoch-making development stage.

Service outsourcing emphasized by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao

Vigorously developing service trade and undertaking service outsourcing were stressed again by Premier Wen Jiabao in the government work report on the 5th conference of the 11th National People's Congress held in March, 2012.

Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan stressed that developing outsourcing industry is a very important decision by the State Council

China's Vice Premier Wang Qishan said that the country should take advantage of the rare opportunity to expand the outsourcing industry. Each model city must strengthen their responsibilities, put policies into effect, and explore doughtily based on their local conditions to ensure good and quick effects.
