Nanjing, one of the four noted ancient capitals of China and an important comprehensive industrial production base, is among the front ranks of the 20 service outsourcing model cities of China.

Given its tremendous contribution and active measures in global outsourcing, Nanjing is selected to hold the3rd Global Outsourcing Summit in 2009. In the autumn of 2009, the 3rd Global Outsourcing Summit will be jointly held by Asia-Pacific CEO Association (APCEO), International Outsourcing Center (IOC), and Nanjing Municipal People's Government as well as Fortune 500 companies, Forbes Global 2000 companies and famous contract issuing enterprises in the world.

By then, important international political figures, government officials from core cities of global outsourcing development, officials of the Central State Ministries and Commissions of China, officials from local government of "Outsourcing base cities", government officials of Nanjing, leaders of Fortune 500 companies and Forbes Global 2000 companies as well as outsourcing experts and scholars from over 20 countries will meet at the summit to explore development strategies of global outsourcing.
