The First Global Outsourcing Summit which was the highest and largest summit in the outsourcing domain in the world, held its grand opening in Binhai New District in  Tianjing on December 11, 2007. In the summit, 200 outsourcing suppliers and buyers, experts and scholars had deep discussions on important issues such as the trend of international outsourcing development, multinational companies' outsourcing talent strategy, China's international outsourcing development strategy, information on important international outsourcing projects, strategic orientation of leading cities in the international outsourcing sector, brand strategy and capital operation of leading outsourcing suppliers. As the highest outsourcing conference in the world, the grand opening of the summit has gained great supports from political and  business circles, media as well as academics at home and abroad. More than 500 people attended the conference, including the Rt. Hon. Robert J. L. (4) Creat a comfortable environment for development and provide favorable policies, convenient services and flexible foreign exchange management for service outsourcing  enterprises.

Thirdly, Tianjin is solving common problems of China's service outsourcing  in a leading way.
