Former Australian Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. Robert J. L. Hawke, acts as Global Chairman and former Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations the Hon. Benjamin Gilman, acts as Global President. The Association抯 European President is former French president General Christian Quesnote. The current daily office of APCEO is based in Beijing.
