International Outsourcing Center (IOC)
The International Outsourcing Center (IOC) was founded early this century, and its development takes account of global trends within the international service outsourcing sector. It has established affiliates in the United States, Australia, Canada, France and China.

The IOC devotes itself to building and maintaining a global outsourcing exchange platform, collecting and analyzing international outsourcing data, and actively cooperating with different governments and companies to establish an international outsourcing order center.
The IOC and APCEO will co-sponsor the Global Outsourcing Summit. The 2007 Summit will be held with the cooperation of the Chinese government.
In view of the conclusions and rules of international outsourcing, the IOC has formulated the theoretical framework of international outsourcing and the Certification System of International Outsourcing Executive Managers (IOEM). In China the IOC has worked together with the training center of the Ministry of Commerce to extend this system across the country.
The IOC aims to facilitate the orientation of the outsourcing industry in different areas, the gathering and integration of international outsourcing resources, to advance the popularity of leading cities in the service outsourcing sector, and to actively build the international reputations of outsourcing suppliers.
The IOC is actively assisting leading companies and cities in the service outsourcing sector in their procurement of capital, with the aim of helping those companies and cities develop through access to increased resources.
