Thank you. We welcome you to this ceremony. I will not be giving a very formal speech. Actually, what I'm really interested in is to bring the best wishes of the people of the American countries to China.

The 21st centurey is a wonderful century, and China benefits most. Actually, every country in this world has benefited from it. I believe that trade and commercial transaction play a very important role in the prosperity and development of human society. But commercial transaction is only one part. I want to emphasize that communication between human beings is the basis of the prosperity of our society. And the traditional friendship among countries on both sides of the Pacific ocean is very important.

And regional cooperation is also very important. Only through mutual effort of the Asis-Pacific countries, can we build a wonderful 21st century. And we need all the people's support. Thank you!
