Yesterday, Dallas city of Texas, America, and Jincheng city of Shanxi province, China, reached a intention agreement, and both sides signed a friendly city cooperation letter of intent at the same time. The agreement was reached in "Asia-Pacific CEOs Summit---International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs and Prinvincial Governors and Mayors", which was held in Miyun, Beijing, and both sides attended the summit.

The mayor Xia Zhengui of Jincheng city and the director of Jincheng city invest bureau has a one hour meeting with councillor Ron Natinsky of Dallas city, the vice director Jenifer Li (Li Lihua) of Dallas economic development bureau .
