Mckinsey is a leading company in the world. We provide consultation for many companies. My topic today is how to solve problems in urbanization in an innovative way.

Generally, we need to look for three balances

1. The balance between the scale of the city and the rapid of development

2. the balance between localization and internationalization.

3 the balance between long-term and short-term development in order to build a harmonious society

There are several measures I want to share with you:

1.        We need a clear goal of strategy and a clear judgment of the market.

2.        Absorbing foreign should be put on our top agenda.

3.        A deep combination of infrastructure construction, including transportation.

4.        To make plans according to local situations.

5.        Properly utilize natural resource.

6.        Multi-functional development

7.        Keep the policy consistent.

Just I made a quick review of our development. I hope in the future exploration, we will not only have innovation but also a sustainable development. We wish to build a new world with you.
