Let me introduce American policies first. These policies will exert far-reaching influence in the future economic development. Some of the policies will influence the future economic trends, others will influence business investment. They will be the main policies guiding basic investment and individual investment.


American small and middle sized enterprises play a very important role in the economy. And the bureau of SMEs is very important in encouraging the development of SMEs. In addition, it helps to create employment opportunities. According to statistics, many jobs are provided by SMEs.


The bureau of SMEs will train leaders of these companies and provide finance for them.


Another important bill was passed in 2005 concerning highway construction.


There is still one energy bill passed in 2005. This energy bill will change the trend of America’s energy demand.


Another two bills in California is stem cell research and solar energy research. The third is an international trade bill.
