CEO, Heart & Soul Marketing


Brad Casper has been a leading executive in the global consumer goods, advertising and Arizona business community during his storied career with some of the world’s most admired companies and institutions. Currently, he is the co-founder and CEO of Heart & Soul Marketing, an independent Scottsdale-based strategy and creative agency that he launched in October 2020. Prior to founding Heart & Soul, Casper was Executive Chairman and CEO of OH Partners, an Arizona headquartered full-service advertising agency that he helped drive to national prominence between 2016-2020. OH was recognized multiple times by Inc magazine and AdWeek as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Casper started his career with the General Electric Company in the prestigious Financial Management Program progressing through a series of rotational assignments in the Aircraft Engine Business Unit over a 2.5 year period (1982-85). 


He then pursued a career change and began a distinguished career in a variety of marketing and executive management roles in domestic and international operations with Procter & Gamble. During his 16-year career journey with P&G he rose to Vice President, including more than 9+ years working in Asia: 6 years in Kobe, Japan and 3.5 years splitting time working in Hong Kong and Guangzhou as General Manager of two business units. He returned to the US in 1998 as Vice President & General Manager for Global Strategic Planning & Innovation. 


Casper accepted a promotion as President of Church & Dwight, another consumer products firm, from 2002-2005 in Princeton, NJ before getting recruited away to become President & CEO of The Dial Corporation in Scottsdale, which had been acquired by German multinational, Henkel. 


Since leaving Henkel In 2010 he embarked on a series of entrepreneurial roles as President of the Phoenix Suns basketball team and served in leadership roles for two entrepreneurial private equity-backed companies as Executive Chairman for a sports nutrition company and then CEO of a pet food company. Casper received his BS in Finance from Virginia Tech University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has served on a number of nonprofit and for-profit boards including Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Greater Phoenix Leadership, Grand Canyon Education, the Global Institute of Sustainability at Arizona State University, and a Fellow and frequent lecturer at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has also been recognized twice as a Most Admired Leader by the Phoenix Business Journal.
